My favourite speech .

I really liked Ashley's speech . Firstly it wouldve been extremly nerve wracking too get up and talk with only been learning english for the past 4 weeks considering she is from Korea. She was talking about a band she really liked and we had alisten too it ; she also talked about the most common food there which contains egg rice  , chicken , lettuce and carrots . She suggested we try it. She was a great speaker and talked clearly and made eye contact too.

Trip to New Plymouth

On Monday morning we went on a sporting adventure to New Plymouth. It took us around 5 hours to get there.NOT FUN ;o . When we arrived we went to Devon Intermediate too meet our billeting families. I was paired up with Shania, I'm glad I had someone to be with instead of being by myself >:) . We went home and got dressed . We went into town to look around ; it was so cool. At around 7 we went out too dinner at a restaurant called Marbles, it was so embarrassing because we saw the teachers eating at the same restaurant too ! LOL.
The next 2 days were cruisy , we had our sports and we won basketball 41-19 :D yus! . We won altogether considering we won 4 games and they only  won 3 . AHAHHAHA 5 years in a row now :-) . They did a closing ceremony and they did a Pacifica group , it was really funny. Overall I Had a great time.

back at school.

I dont like being back at school because I have to wake up early and we had to have homework the first day back its like D:

My powerpoint.

I got my powerpoint onto the blog by first clicking into the powerpoint and clicking save as. I then went to were i was going to save it AS and i clicked the one that says moviemaker. You then come onto your blog and upload it as a movie maker file and wait till it is loaded.

What have i learnt?

I learnt that tornadoes are extremely dangerous and they sweep the path in its way.

Rangi did hers on the black death and i learnt that what you may know as the kids nursery rhyme is actually about the plague; Ring around the rosies. I also learnt that the Black death wiped out over half of Europes population!
Some people did there powerepoints on earthquakes considering the catastrophe that happened in christchurch. New Zealand is right in the middle of a fault line which makes earthquakes happen so we are more prone to earthquakes.

MY Natural Wonder Of the World .

I think that Mount Ruapehu should be a natural wonder of the world because it is one of the few active volcanoes in New Zealand. Many people/tourists visit the mountain because of the many activities you can do there including skiing or snowboarding. It is in National park meaning you can walk around and there are beautiful waterfalls and wonderful sightseeing places.
